Xc40 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the xc40 platform. By registering or continuing to use any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the xc40 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and xc40 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
The xc40 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legally eligible under local regulations to participate in online entertainment activities. xc40 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the xc40 platform, you need to register a valid account. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registration of more than one account by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. xc40 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact the xc40 support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the xc40 platform complies with the laws applicable in their region. You must not use the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
You are not permitted to use automated software or methods to access the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or interfere with xc40's system operations. Any such attempt may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from sharing, selling or transferring their account to any other party. All account activity must be carried out solely by the registered account holder.
Content published or submitted through the platform must not contain anything offensive, threatening, racially charged or in violation of another individual's privacy rights. xc40 reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice.
Payment, Transaction & Account Policy Information
Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on the xc40 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). xc40 supports popular local payment methods including FPX and TNG eWallet. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details used are accurate and belong to them.
All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set in your account settings. These limits may vary depending on the payment method and account verification status. Once a deposit has been successfully processed, it cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances approved by xc40.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by xc40, subject to the completion of any required identity verification. xc40 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is any suspicious activity or pending verification.
Account Suspension & Closure
Xc40 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, multiple account usage, or activity suspected of involving money laundering.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the xc40 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for return, subject to the completion of all verification requirements.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Xc40 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including technical disruptions, processing delays or inaccurate information provided by users. The platform is provided "as is" and xc40 makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability.
All content on the xc40 platform — including logos, text, images, designs, software and code — is the property of xc40 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish or use any part of this content without prior written consent from xc40.
The xc40 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. xc40 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Xc40 reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Continued use of the xc40 platform following the publication of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
